Eli Lynn

Eli Lynn founded Elite Lifestyle Initiatives in 2019 with the goal of promoting daily workouts as convenience rather than a chore.
Between the two ELI locations, he manages the daily operations of both facilities, oversees training programs and other club operations and conducts custom-tailored personal training sessions members.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University and Personal Trainer Certification through ISSA. He played Junior A Ice Hockey for five years before college and finished his hockey career playing for Stony Brook University.
He has competed in the AC Ironman 70.3 twice, Coastal Delaware Running Festival Half Marathon twice, the Rehoboth Seashore Marathon, along with multiple sprint triathlons in Delaware.
He focuses training sessions on engaging his clients in function fitness to motivate them to achieve their fitness goals.

Pam Lynn
Pam Lynn has been a personal trainer for almost five years.
She is certified from ISSA in Functional Fitness, training women, alternative training and Tabatha.
Pam became passionate about health and fitness after her son , Eli, started his personal training career and saw how it helped so many people as well as herself.

Her male and female clients range in age from 30 to 94. She enjoys helping them reach their fitness goals.
Pam likes making each client's session specific to their goals, which is different for everyone; hence the name of her business - Fitness For You.

Katie Mast

Ever since a young age, Katie has had a love for fitness and nutrition.
She is passionate about helping others succeed in all areas of life.
With over nine years of training experience, she works with people of all ages and abilities. She is an NCSF certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, FAI certified Functional Aging Specialist and ACE certified Pre-and-Postnatal Exercise Instructor.
Theresa McDuffie
Theresa is a Movement Specialist with a belief that movement is life. With studies in exercise science and kinesiology, she has dedicated her career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more fulfilling lives. Since 2009, Theresa has had the privilege of training individuals from all walks of life, guiding them to overcome obstacles, enhance their physical health, and reclaim their confidence.
She holds a wide array of certifications, including personal training, advanced weightlifting, TRX (6 certifications, including TRX Sports Medicine), Functional Aging Specialist, Arthritis Foundation Coach, Crossfit, and Les Mills; and has worked with clients recovering from surgery, stroke, arthritis, and Parkinson's, helping them rebuild strength, correct gait issues, and improve functional movement.
Whether it's teaching proper weightlifting form, introducing clients to powerlifting, or even helping someone pull a jeep, helping people reach their limits in it!
